The Maintenance Manager will participate in effective safety programs; coordinate and implement capital improvement projects; establish, maintain and manage department budgets and monthly forecasts; protect the Hotel from losses, claims, and liabilities. Responsible for and assisting with all aspects of the Engineering Department to include but not limited to, maintaining all facilities, equipment, furniture, fixtures and systems at the highest quality standards.
