Revenue Analyst works directly with the Hotel Manager/General Manager/Director of Sales & Marketing to maximize hotel revenue via daily management of room inventory and pricing across all segments. Develop and recommend room rates and availability strategies to optimize mix of business through multiple distribution channels. Responsible for driving analysis, compiling reports and developing models to support better decisions across the business.

Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and provides professional leadership and direction to kitchen personnel. Ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet restaurant's specifications and commitment to quality. Maintains a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen. Demonstrates this by example, using proper food-handling techniques. Their duties include assisting the Executive Chef in monitoring kitchen activities, expediting orders to ensure quality taste and presentation. Taking on additional responsibilities in the Executive Chef’s absence to ensure that kitchen staff has proper direction.
