The IT/AV Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all audio- visual (AV) needs for events and meetings hosted at the hotel. In addition, this role provides IT support for hotel operations, including troubleshooting front desk systems, Micros (point-of-sale), and other property technology. This position ensures a seamless technological experience for both guests and staff.

Housekeeping Attendant

-Clean guest rooms and suites to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guests’ requests. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms and suites. Be familiar with all hotel services to respond to guest inquiries accurately. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with departmental policies, services, procedures and standards. Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.

The Revenue Manager will work closely with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing to optimize the hotel's Room Revenue and implement strategies to elevate the hotel’s financial performance. Monitor all distribution channels to ensure effective selling through inventory management, market mix and pricing. Communicates demand patterns and ensures proper forecasting. Helps set strategies leading to increased market share, for up to 10 hotel entities.

Protect and safeguard all hotel guests and associates, their belongings and all hotel assets. Respond rapidly to requests for emergency and non-emergency assistance in a professional manner.

Line Cook

Line cook is a member of the Food & Beverage Team. They are responsible for preparation of food to order for the hotel restaurant, ensuring consistent quality and follows hotel branded specifications as well as company Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures. This individual is required to be detailed oriented; guest focused, and must work well in a team environment and enjoys serving customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner. Oversees and participates in the preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and standards while maintaining a neat, clean and safe work environment.

The hotel front desk agent is the first person to interact with guests, providing exceptional customer service. As the hotel ambassador, the front desk agent has a relatable personality and a great desire to work with people.
